Our COVID-Safe Plan

As members of the VBA we care about following all the current restrictions provided by the Victorian State Government. Strict social distancing and hygiene practices are important to us, as we continue to operate as an essential business. 

As a potential customer of UltraFlow Home Solutions, we would like to keep you up-to-date with our approach to your upcoming quotation and installation of gutter guard, and what we are doing to keep you and our team safe.

The first step is choosing how you would like your quotation, with one of the two COVID-Safe options below: 

Option 1. In Person.  

Option 2. Over-the-Phone. We’ll use the most advanced satellite imaging available to measure your gutters, and take a look at your roof. 

If you choose an “In Person” quotation, we’ll adhere to the required social distancing practices, and our team members will never attend a quotation if we are feeling at all ‘under the weather’. 

If you choose to move forward with UltraFlow Home Solutions for your Gutter Protection needs, you’ll receive a call from one of our installers to schedule your installation. 

During the installation process, no contact will be necessary, and our installers will adhere to all the current requirements and restrictions provided by the Victorian State Government. 

UltraFlow Home Solutions is fully committed to delivering your project through these tough times, and we will keep you informed if any further changes impact on our ability to complete your project within timeframes.
