Your entire roof is inspected for damaged tiles, loose or missing bedding. Broken tiles and faulty valley irons are replaced where required.
The ridge cap tiles are removed in preparation for re-bedding, and the old mortar is disposed of. The mortar for the bedding is then put in place.
The ridge caps are put back in place with the new bedding in place.
Bedding is then smoothed, and given the final touches.
Once re-bedding is completely finished the ridge caps are then re-pointed with a flexible acrylic point mix.
Old valley irons are removed (when necessary).
New valley irons are then put in place.
Valley seal is then put in place underneath the valley tiles to properly finish off the valley installation.
